This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the Website, and the purchaser or downloader ("You") of the Myna UI Figma file and HTML code components ("Item"). By purchasing or downloading the Myna UI Item, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company grants You an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the Item for specific uses under certain conditions.
You are permitted to use the Myna UI Item for the following purposes:
- Create unlimited End Products for personal or commercial use, including websites, web applications, and other digital designs.
- Modify the Item to create derivative works, subject to the terms of this Agreement. Create End Products for clients or customers.
- Use the Item as a starting point for internal design systems.
- Publish the Item in a team library or share the files within the organization, subject to the conditions outlined in this Agreement.
You are prohibited from the following uses:
- Selling, sublicensing, distributing, or granting rights to the Item or its assets (in original or modified form).
- Creating competing templates, UI kits, libraries, frameworks, or similar products using the Item.
- Distributing or publishing the Item or its assets online.
- Sharing or embedding the Item link with Figma public access.
- Placing Item design files into an End Product as-is.
- Redistributing the Item as stock, in tools, templates, or source files for other platforms or software.
- Using the code components to create template-based solutions for other platforms.
The copyright and intellectual property rights of the Myna UI Item are owned by the Company. Unauthorized use of the Item outside the scope of this license may result in legal action. Sharing watermarked copies or pirating the Item online may result in additional financial penalties.
Thank you for shopping at Myna UI. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Item were purchased in the last 14 days
- If you agree to delete all the files you have downloaded and copied from Myna UI.
You cannot return the Item if:
- The Item were purchased more than 14 days ago.
- You don't know any of Figma or Tailwind CSS features.
- If you have previously purchased the same product and refunded it.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Item that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Errors and Omissions Disclaimer
The information given by the Service is for general guidance on matters of interest only. Even if the Company takes every precaution to ensure that the content of the Service is both current and accurate, errors can occur.
